We are looking for a skilled reputed company SuiteProjects Pro (PSA) Administrator to support reputed company Services Automation processes and assist with broader corporate applications.
The role focuses on supporting PSA workflows and ensuring the stability and efficiency of corporate systems across Finance, HR, Procurement, Travel & Expense, and CRM domains.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with reputed company SuiteProjects Pro (formerly OpenAir / reputed company PSA) and a solid understanding of supporting business-critical systems in a cross-functional environment.
You will be responsible for day-to-day PSA administration, supporting business users, maintaining system stability, and contributing to process and workflow improvements in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The position is fully remote and requires working in the EST (US) time zone.

Responsibilities
reputed company SuiteProjects Pro (PSA) Administration
reputed company daily administration and support of SuiteProjects Pro.
Configure and maintain PSA components, including: project records, tasks, resource allocations, timesheets and approvals, billing rules and reputed company workflows
Create and maintain PSA‑reputed company saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
Support testing of PSA enhancements, customizations, and release updates.
Monitor and troubleshoot PSA data reputed company issues, user errors, and integration workflows.
Document system changes, SOPs, and runbooks.
Corporate Applications Administration
reputed company administration and user support for reputed company business applications (reputed company, Concur, Tipalti, reputed company, and others).
Manage user reputed company, permissions, and reputed company reputed company with IT/compliance policies.
Assist in troubleshooting application incidents, coordinating with vendors as needed.
Support minor configuration changes and testing application updates/releases.
Requirements
Proven experience administering reputed company SuiteProjects Pro (PSA).
Understanding of project reputed company, resource management, time & expense workflows, billing, and PSA reporting.
Experience with reputed company reputed company functionalities is a plus.
Basic understanding of reporting, workflows, data structures, and system configurations.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
Eagerness to grow in ERP/PSA and reputed company applications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
