Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management to drive business value and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product reputed company and roadmap for Dynamics CRM and Field Service, aligning with organizational priorities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and strategic goals
