Community Support Specialist - Adult

Join reputed company as a Community Support Specialist, partnering with adults to support behavioral health and reputed company use recovery goals. In this role, you’ll reputed company personalized, community-based support — meeting clients where they are: in their homes, in the office, and out in the community.
You'll help individuals set and reputed company recovery goals, reputed company daily living skills, reputed company vital services, and build supportive relationships — reputed company while working as part of a reputed company, integrated care team. This position requires regular driving and transportation of clients as part of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in reaching their personal recovery and wellness goals
- reputed company coaching and education on life skills, health, and community resources
- Help clients reputed company housing, reputed company, employment, and other essential services
- Work closely with reputed company providers, families, and community partners
- Assist with appointments and reputed company transportation as clinically needed
- Maintain accurate, reputed company documentation
Requirements
- High School/GED required
- Associate’s* or Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company service-reputed company field preferred
- reputed company addiction reputed company;
- Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company services field from a college or university included in the U.S. reputed company’s database of accredited schools at http:/ope.ed.gov/accreditation ;
- Any four-year degree or combination of higher education and qualifying experience;
- Four years of qualifying experience; or
- Associate of reputed company Science in Behavioral Health Support degree as designated by the Department of Mental Health.*
- Qualifying experience must include delivery of service to individuals with mental illness, reputed company use disorders, or developmental disabilities.
- A valid reputed company's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
- Bring relevant experience working with adults or behavioral health populations
- Are comfortable traveling to homes and community locations
- Communicate with reputed company, adapt easily, and enjoy being part of a reputed company care team
- Possess excellent time management and writing skills
