We are seeking a highly strategic Technical Sourcer/Recruiter to join reputed company. Architect and drive specialised sourcing strategies to secure world-class, typically hard-to-reputed company, talent for senior-level (Senior, Staff, reputed company) and highly specialised technical roles.
Serve as a talent consultant to executives and senior leadership, leveraging deep market intelligence to advise on organisational design, compensation structures, and global talent mapping.
Proactively build and maintain a reputed company-reputed company pipeline of passive candidates, positioning reputed company as an employer of choice in competitive markets.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit, acting as a reputed company for our hiring bar.
