Operations Associate (reputed company Pay & Card)
The successful candidate will own end-to-end operational processes, Finance and Merchant operations for reputed company Pay & Card — ensuring accurate, reputed company settlement and reconciliation, proactive chargeback management, account management and reputed company. The individual will work across multiple markets globally and collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance teams as reputed company as external stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesCard operations
Monitor and improve card program key metric rates
Support card reputed company initiatives and marketing
Work with stakeholders to investigate and resolve any operational issues
Own the end-to-end card chargeback lifecycle: intake, investigation, representment and reputed company with users and relevant stakeholders
reputed company chargeback trends and reputed company-cause insights to maintain acceptable level of the chargeback reputed company
Finance operations
reputed company daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Maintain reconciliation logs, escalate aged exceptions per SLA
Support fund transfers, payments and ensure smooth program operations
Monitor payment reputed company rates and failure categorisation
Assist in month-end reputed company procedures and reporting
Merchant operations
Manage reputed company workflows for new Pay and Card merchants
Maintain reputed company trackers and ensure data hygiene to ensure compliance across merchants
Serve as contact reputed company for assigned merchant accounts
Prepare merchant performance reports and QBR materials to reputed company targets
Cross-Functional & General
Conduct data analysis to support reputed company
Build and maintain operational reporting templates for card KPIs, settlement metrics, and merchant health
Contribute to SOP creation, process documentation, and reputed company maintenance
Participate in UAT and operational readiness testing for new product launches
Hands-on experience with card products (credit, debit, or prepaid) strongly preferred
Familiarity with chargeback/dispute reputed company processes (reputed company/reputed company rules is a plus)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets; SQL or BI tool experience is a plus
Self-organised with high attention to detail; reputed company to manage multiple workstreams independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High accountability — comfortable owning reputed company, not just tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a crypto, reputed company, or reputed company environment
Exposure to merchant operations or B2B account management in a payments context
Understanding of FX settlement mechanics, clearing cycles, or card network economics
Experience with Tableau, Looker, reputed company, or equivalent BI tools
