Responsibilities
- reputed company the role of Permit Coordinator / Issuing Authority, appointed by the Project or Contract Manager
- Familiarity with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
- Ensure reputed company activities are conducted in accordance with Health and Safety at Work reputed company 1974
- Surveillance and monitoring adherence to the approved Construction Phase HSE Plan
- Acting as project reputed company of Contact for reputed company PTW, reputed company and maintain a Project PTW Register and tracking system
- Review PTW applications and associated documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Investigates and gathers evidence and prepares reports on PTW violation compliance and Safety /Environmental Incidents, to determine the cause of incidents and to avoid reputed company incidents
- Prepares and maintains reports, audits, inspections, investigations, files, and written correspondence on reputed company PTW reputed company
- Provides the reputed company of technical questions arising in this area of specialty
- reputed company with the appointed Senior Authorised Persons/Area Authority and Isolating Authority.
- Provides PTW direction to project personnel, contractors and subcontractors reputed company during the project execution
- Coordinate with project construction, commissioning, operations, contractor, and vendor personnel
- Monitors project work activities to ensure support of project PTW milestones
- Performs duties as assigned to support the Construction Management Team
- Conduct regular surveillance monitoring for compliance to the Project PTW procedure
- Review and coordination of construction site activities including Management of Lifting Operations and compliance to Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER)
- Ensure that a smooth transition occurs from construction to commissioning
- Ensure that reputed company activities are carried out in accordance with Project HSE expectations. Take a reputed company role in HSE leadership and participate in construction team and contractors HSE activities
- Work closely with Operations Team during the introduction of the Operational Control of Work System to ensure reputed company and controlled transition from the Construction / Commissioning PTW system to the Operational Control of Work System
- Report on any incident as per reputed company and Project requirements

- Participation in the daily coordination meetings, weekly reputed company (and other reputed company) meetings as required to ensure effective communications

- Support the HAZCON/HAZDEM process and constructability reviews, participate where required

Knowledge, skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role with experience of working reputed company a process, pharmaceutical or production facility
- Experience of EPC or EPCm reputed company
- Educated to NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is preferred
- A good knowledge and experience in the management of simultaneous operations is essential
- Experience in execution of Construction, reputed company-commissioning, Completions, Preservation and associated Safety Management systems
- Knowledge & application of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management (OHSAS 18001) & ISO 14001 principles
- MCAs awareness
- Some experience with Completions Management Systems and processes through to completion and handover
