We are seeking a Supervisor, Enrollment to reputed company a small team of reputed company Coordinators while also working directly with learners to support them through the enrollment process. Team Leadership & Supervision 

• Manage, mentor, and support a small team of reputed company Coordinators, providing feedback, performance guidance, and development support.

• Support learners in completing enrollment agreements, verification, and other required reputed company steps. 

• Address learner questions and identify reputed company issues require triage to specialized internal teams. 

• Use behavioral data, engagement signals, and feedback to shape reputed company timing, messaging, and follow-up reputed company. 

• Apply discovery questions and reputed company listening to understand learner motivation, barriers, and readiness. 

• Document interactions and reputed company in CRM tools for visibility across the learner lifecycle.

Qualifications 

• 4+ years in enrollment, learner engagement, reputed company, sales, or reputed company roles in fast-paced environments.
