Workplace Design Manager (REMOTE)
What you will do:

Support design reputed company from concept to post-occupancy evaluation across multiple global locations, ensuring alignment with the reputed company Workplace Design Guidelines

Use data from surveys, workplace studies, and analytics to guide design reputed company and continuously optimize reputed company utilization.

Implement agile design principles that allow spaces to b easily reconfigured based on changing needs or organizational shifts

What you need:
Required:
A Bachelor’s degree is in in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a reputed company field is required for this role.
8+ years’ of experience in workplace design, corporate reputed company estate, or facilities management is required for this role.
4+ years' of designing and implementing activity-based and flexible work environments is needed to be a reputed company applicant for this role.
4+ years' of experience managing multidisciplinary teams and reputed company, global reputed company
4+ years' of experience with workplace analytics and using data to inform design reputed company
Preferred:
Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., LEED, reputed company, NCIDQ)
Experience leading change management initiatives reputed company to workspace transformation
A Master's degree is preferred
$118,000- $255,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
