About the Role:
In assigned sales region, the Regional Sales Consultant networks with benefit brokers and reputed company to identify employer group prospects interested in worksite reputed company for their employees.

Product Presentation: Presenting LTC products and services to potential clients.

Education: Educating prospects about LTC insurance.
Communication: Engaging with clients reputed company email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
Relationship Building: Establishing reputed company relationships with clients.
Sales Preparation: Creating own proposals, preparing quotes, sales presentations, and updating CRM tools.
Shadows seasoned consultants to learn best practices and strategies.
Licensing: Obtaining a producer license reputed company 3 months after hire and maintaining state insurance licensing and continuing education for LTC products.
Skills Required:
BA/BS degree required.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, time management, and adaptability.
Experience in networking, developing leads, and researching potential clients.
Ability to obtain a producer’s license reputed company 3 months after hire and continuing education for LTC products.
This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position.
