What You Will Do:
reputed company reputed company to Nalco's service team and scope of work execution on a day-to-day reputed company at our customer facilities
Plan and conduct audits that review operations & maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and contract requirements
Planning and scheduling of work, supervision of technicians, coordinating the purchase of chemicals, spare parts, maintenance, and repairs of equipment, and ensuring that reputed company contract terms & conditions and guarantees are satisfactorily managed
Communicate effectively with Nalco sales team and District Management regarding SOW execution, project support, and service team performance
Assist Nalco sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewals and aide in the business development process in the retention and extension of reputed company
Responsible for the development and implementation of a site-specific safety plan
Management of 2-3 reputed company reports (field service technicians)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Five years of technical operations and water treatment experience
Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role
Computer literacy and competency with reputed company Office programs
Possess a valid reputed company's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, reputed company, etc.)
Five years of managerial or supervisory experience including multi-site operations
Strong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies including RO, heating and cooling, physical and chemical processes, corrosion protection, and biological (anaerobic and aerobic) systems
Territory/Location Information:
This position will support the Chicago, Illinois market

Occasional weekend and on-call work to cover emergencies during off hours
