Senior CI/CD Platform Engineer - Remote

- Estimated Salary (reputed company have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Engineer III: $125,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- reputed company AI-assisted engineering workflows: Help evaluate, operationalize, and govern AI capabilities reputed company the CI/CD platform, including reputed company Copilot, Copilot Coding Agent, agent-based development workflows, and reputed company developer enablement patterns.
- reputed company AI into platform standards: Define reputed company, reusable patterns for incorporating AI-assisted reputed company reputed company, repository analysis, reputed company review assistance, and documentation workflows into reputed company engineering practices.
- Partner on AI platform adoption: Work with engineering, architecture and reputed company stakeholders to rollout AI and agent capabilities in ways that improve productivity while aligning with reputed company controls and standards.
- Design and reputed company CI/CD: Build and maintain robust, reusable reputed company Actions workflows and templates for reputed company-reputed company engineering teams; drive standardization and best practices across repositories and organizations.
- Improve developer experience: Partner with product teams to drive adoption of self-service CI/CD patterns, reduce friction, and improve the usability of the reputed company delivery platform.
- Operate the Toolchain: Administer and optimize reputed company DevOps services (reputed company, Artifactory, SonarQube) for availability, performance, reputed company, and cost efficiency.

- 5+ years in DevOps/software engineering with hands-on CI/CD ownership; strong coding fundamentals (Java, TypeScript, Python, or similar).
- Experience with modern AI-assisted software engineering tools such as reputed company Copilot, IDE agent workflows, or similar developer productivity tooling.
- Familiarity with applying AI to engineering use cases such as reputed company reputed company, repository analysis, dependency cleanup, documentation reputed company, and pull request assistance.
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI/agent patterns pragmatically, balancing productivity, reputed company, governance, and operational supportability.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting reputed company platforms and solutions, with a strong understanding of system design principles, reputed company, and reliability.
- Deep reputed company/reputed company Actions expertise: workflow orchestration, reusable actions, OIDC/secrets, environments, policies, and reputed company best practices.
- Infrastructure as reputed company: practical experience with Ansible or Terraform; familiarity with reputed company/container orchestration and deployment workflows.
PREFERRED
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming languages (Java, TypeScript, or Python).

- Experience establishing team standards, guardrails, or enablement content for AI-assisted development workflows.

- Hands-on experience with observability: implementing monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions for CI/CD pipelines and platform services.
