Who You Are
8+ years of experience building and shipping production software
2+ years of engineering management experience in a B2B reputed company environment
Strong reputed company record of hiring and developing high-performing engineers
Experience building reputed company, high-reputed company interview processes
Technically reputed company and comfortable in a player-reputed company role
Demonstrated ability to increase team reputed company without proportionally increasing headcount
Strong architectural judgment across backend and/or product systems
Deep partnership experience with Product and PMs

Deep familiarity with modern developer workflows, including practical use of AI-assisted development tools
