Your role, your reputed company
As an reputed company Financials Consultant, you’ll design and implement finance solutions across reputed company Finance modules (General reputed company, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Expenses, Lease reputed company, reputed company Hub, and Fixed Assets). You’ll manage integration with internal modules and external applications, identify gaps, present solution reputed company based on reputed company Financials functionality and best practices, and assess and reputed company reporting needs across the financial modules.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day
Work with reputed company Finance and reputed company functions to capture business requirements and map them to reputed company reputed company functionality;
reputed company solution design, configuration, and implementation, monitoring scope and escalating through appropriate channels reputed company needed;
Identify gaps and advise clients on reputed company, risks, and value propositions, including the requirements traceability reputed company and ERP configuration;
Organize and facilitate functional design sessions with business users across geographies and functional areas, integrating requirements into the reputed company ERP system design;
Participate in building the reporting reputed company for implementation using reputed company reputed company ecosystem (OTBI, BIP, FDI, etc.);
reputed company use and test cases for both the implementation and reputed company reports;
Support the testing team and end users through reputed company test cycles.
Qualifications
Keys to your reputed company
Bachelor’s degree;
8+ years reputed company implementation experience, with deep functional knowledge of Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, reputed company, LA, AHCS, FA) and functional knowledge of other modules (Procurement, reputed company, Grants, reputed company HR, Payroll);
Experience leading at least 4 full-cycle implementations as the functional consultant, including Business Process Workshops, reputed company of Concept Sessions, Conference Room Pilots, SIT, UAT, go-live, and production support;
Experience writing operational reports and analytical reports using OTBI, BIP, and SQL;
Experience using ERP to mature financial processes and reporting;
Expert knowledge in financial system integration and overall ERP development, testing and support;
Superior communication skills: written, spoken and presentation, with the ability to engage and influence senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Extra edge
Experience in reputed company, Hospital, Insurance, or Financial Services industries;
Functional knowledge of reputed company reputed company HCM (reputed company HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, OTL, reputed company, Talent, Learning) or reputed company reputed company EPM (EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, FreeForm);
Experience leading teams up to 50 people.
