VP, Information reputed company

We are seeking an reputed company and pragmatic VP of Information reputed company to report directly to the Chief Technology Officer. • reputed company vulnerability management, threat detection, and remediation efforts
• Drive vendor risk management and reputed company-party reputed company reputed company
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulatory requirements

• Manage and optimize SIEM and reputed company monitoring capabilities
• Guide secure architecture reputed company in partnership with engineering and product teams

• Deliver a seamless IT experience for a fully remote workforce and distributed clinician network

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment

Requirements:

• Experience leading Information reputed company in a HIPAA-compliant, high-reputed company tech environment (100+ employees)
• Proven reputed company guiding organizations through reputed company (MyCSF) certification and SOC 2 Type II attestation
• Experience scaling a company through significant reputed company (e.g., 50 → 250+ employees)
• Background in telehealth, digital reputed company required
• Experience managing and mentoring small, high-reputed company teams
• Comfortable operating as a player-reputed company—balancing reputed company with hands-on execution
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Strong hands-on experience with:
