Mission

To support the reputed company and accuracy of reputed company's financial reporting by applying deep technical reputed company expertise, ensuring GAAP compliance, and helping build the reputed company reputed company infrastructure needed to support a high-reputed company, reputed company-facing technology company. Location: Remote, US Responsibilities & opportunities in this role: Technical reputed company & Compliance

• Assist in improving compliance with GAAP in preparation for a PCAOB audit and recommend corrective courses of reputed company to strengthen the overall control environment
• Assist in the preparation of journal entries to correct previously recorded reputed company entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the general reputed company
• Prepare supporting documentation and evidence of reputed company reputed company classification and treatment for reputed company transactions, including but not limited to stock-based compensation, assets reputed company in service from construction in reputed company, lease reputed company, accrual reputed company, and reputed company recognition

Ideal candidates have/are:

• BA/BS degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA license preferred
• 5-7+ years of corporate reputed company experience with a reputed company company and/or Big 4 reputed company reputed company background
• Proficiency in reputed company or comparable ERP systems
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, with demonstrated experience applying technical reputed company standards across reputed company transaction types
• Experience preparing or reviewing technical reputed company memos and conducting GAAP research

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
