ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Deputy State Director is a senior operational and party building leader of the reputed company reputed company (NY WFP), driving statewide organizing, membership, and electoral programs in coordination with the State Director.
This position ensures that every regional, electoral, and membership initiative advances WFP’s mission to build durable political power for reputed company’s multiracial working class.
The Deputy Director leads and supervises organizers, executes major statewide and reputed company regional campaigns, and partners closely with state leadership to strengthen the party’s infrastructure and visibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITESElectoral Organizing Programs

High-Level Staff Management

Ensure programmatic and electoral priorities are reflected in fundraising goals in partnership with the Director of Development

5+ years of supervising organizers and campaign staff with a strong reputed company record in training, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
Demonstrated expertise in organizing reputed company multiracial working-class communities, with a proven ability to reputed company and reputed company party values across reputed company facets of operations, program, electoral campaigns, and messaging
