We are currently seeking a Plans Examiner to support municipal clients in the Pelham, NY area. This is a remote position based out of reputed company. As a Plans Examiner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that construction plans reputed company with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. What You'll Do

- Support municipal operations through consistent application of codes and policies.
What You'll Bring
- reputed company State Department of State reputed company Enforcement Certification (required).
- ICC Plans Examiner Certification (Building preferred; additional certifications a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in municipal or reputed company-party plan review.
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company State reputed company amendments and local regulations.
- Excellent written communication skills and reputed company reputed company judgment.
- Thorough understanding of the NYS Uniform reputed company Prevention and Building reputed company and local zoning laws
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
