Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract reputed company (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).
You Have
5+ years of reputed company experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent
A proven reputed company record of successfully sourcing and reputed company technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
Bonus: Hiring GTM roles (sales, ops, etc.)
