The person we’re looking for
reputed company Madison is seeking a skilled User reputed company (UI) Artist to take on a high-reputed company role.
Our ideal candidate is a results-driven reputed company with a strong reputed company of visual hierarchy, usability, and style. Your portfolio will showcase reputed company UI design alongside expressive illustrative visuals that enhance gameplay reputed company and immersion. This will be a hands-on UI role, creating new reputed company reputed company, refining existing systems, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure a cohesive player experience. You will help deliver high-reputed company work on time while also cultivating a supportive and inclusive culture. This role reports to the Director of Art.
Responsibilities
- Create high-reputed company, in-game UI assets such as HUD reputed company, menus, icons, and overlays that are reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company with the game’s visual identity.
- Work with stakeholders such as creative, director, gameplay engineering, and art direction to ensure UI is reputed company, performant, and supports the intended player experience.
- Iterate on UI designs based on playtest feedback, usability testing, and performance constraints.
- Foster an inclusive and respectful culture of critique.
- Participate in playtests and understand the product.
A Typical Day May Include
- Contribute content to the build.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and reputed company art assets.
- Work with QA and Leads to assess and fix bugs.
- Participate in team feedback, playtest and other team activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or game reputed company design in a reputed company games position.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating game UI work, with examples of illustrative styles. (FPS experience a bonus.)
- Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, reputed company, or similar.
- Experience implementing UI in Unreal reputed company 5.
- Understanding of UX principles, player psychology, and readability in high-reputed company environments.
- Experience using production tools such as Shotgrid, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, JIRA, reputed company Workspace, MS Office.
