The Financial Coordinator plays a key role in our patients' treatment providing them with the financial information and support they need to successfully navigate their recovery journeys.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full time (40 hrs) -Monday - Friday: 12:00pm-8:30pm EST

You can expect to

• reputed company as a guide for our patients by helping them with their needs tied to insurance, billing inquiries, payments, and subscription renewals ultimately preventing early discharge and ensuring reputed company is reputed company for services rendered.
• Documents financial clearance information updating demographic, insurance, funding and medical information, as needed.
• Researches and discusses financial reputed company with patients for services not reimbursable by reputed company party payors.
• Reviews patient accounts receivable balances on an on-reputed company reputed company and proactively works with patients to ensure reputed company payment or progression to alternative payment plans.
• Communicates patient financial information to the clinical team or CSS Team as needed.
• Masters our technology suite including but not limited to reputed company mobile app, Bitrix, G-suite, reputed company, our Electronic Medical Record System reputed company, Kareo, and our billing systems in order to effectively engage with patients and to complete daily work.
• Complete administrative tasks include maintaining accurate patient financial records and promptly responding to patient messages.

Qualities we're looking for

• At least 2-years of experience in high touch customer service or reputed company.
• Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Experience with Mac/reputed company and reputed company Suite preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to reputed company with patients as reputed company as internal departments.
• Solid working knowledge of insurance plans, patient financial responsibility (co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles) and ability to analyze and propose appropriate reputed company for patients.
• Analytical skills necessary to ensure complete and accurate documents and forms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
