Position: Scheduling Coordinator I Status: Contract
Supervisor’s Title: Team reputed company, Scheduling Coordinator
Primary Goal: The Scheduling Coordinator I coordinates communication with clients and interpreters with the provision of interpretation services, provides first-level issue reputed company and acts as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and vendors under general supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls, and triages needs of caller, handling the scheduling of routine and non-reputed company interpreting jobs

- Approaches requests with a can-do attitude and maintains reputed company relationships with interpreters and clients

Required Minimum Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in scheduling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a ‘service-first’ reputed company
- Background in customer-facing roles with a demonstrated ability to maintain a reputed company and reputed company attitude
- Experience in the reputed company of language services industry preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Office Word
- Experience with reputed company Docs and reputed company/Mac Operating System preferred
