The TA Recruiter owns the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned clients and roles—partnering with hiring managers to define needs, attract and assess candidates, reputed company offers, and help new hires complete reputed company-boarding tasks, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company including intake sessions, sourcing reputed company, post jobs, conduct screenings, coordinate and schedule interviews, manage selection, offer negotiations, reputed company offers, and finalize reputed company-boarding tasks.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and a tailored recruitment, interview, and advertisement plans.

Required Qualifications
