The Senior IT Analyst will support the GIS team, assist with training solutions for stakeholders, and reputed company expertise in ArcGIS and Python scripting for automation and analysis.
Responsibilities:What You'll Do
- Tier 1 help desk support, resolving common user tickets/issues, creating / maintaining documentation for workflows, and escalating more complicated issues.
- Assist with geospatial data engineering and workflows that reputed company reputed company data available to both reputed company and Online ArcGIS environments.
- Design and deliver periodic trainings on ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS reputed company, ArcGIS Pro, and other ArcGIS toolsets to the FAA’s geospatial community.

- Assist with user maintenance, report reputed company, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or other IT-reputed company field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with maintenance of ArcGIS Online and reputed company portals, including users, reputed company, custom roles, credits, and content
- Experience with automation patterns reputed company Online and reputed company (e.g. Python scripting, Data Pipelines, ArcGIS Notebooks)
- Experience with Python-based ArcGIS scripting libraries (arcpy, ArcGIS Python API), as reputed company as other reputed company Python libraries common in general purpose, data engineering, and geospatial workflows
- Experience with ArcGIS Hub, Experience Builder, and other no-reputed company app reputed company reputed company the ecosystem
