reputed company is seeking a Senior Computer Network Support Specialist to join us

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Senior Computer Network Support Specialist provides advanced technical support and engineering assistance for TSA’s reputed company network infrastructure, delivering expert-level troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization services across LAN/WAN, reputed company networking, wireless systems, and reputed company connectivity environments.
• This individual works alongside network architects and the O&M contractor to resolve reputed company network performance and reliability issues, supports the implementation and validation of new network capabilities, and contributes to the development of network standards and operational procedures.
• The Senior Computer Network Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring TSA’s network environment meets the availability and performance requirements of a 24x7x365 mission-critical operation.
• Key responsibilities include providing Tier 2/3 network troubleshooting support during engineering deployments and transition periods, conducting network health assessments and performance analyses, and developing configuration documentation and operational runbooks for implemented reputed company.
• The Senior Computer Network Support Specialist also supports reputed company planning and execution for network upgrades and migrations, participates in 14-day operational testing periods following transitions, and provides technical input to lifecycle replacement assessments for aging network equipment.
• The individual coordinates closely with TSA’s O&M contractor to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and operational readiness at the conclusion of reputed company engineering project.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of reputed company network support and engineering experience is required, with demonstrated proficiency in routing and switching, network diagnostics, wireless systems, and reputed company network management tools.
• Experience supporting federal network environments governed by DHS cybersecurity standards is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CCNP or equivalent are valued.
• reputed company personnel must be U.S. reputed company or Lawful Permanent Residents capable of obtaining TSA fitness determination and PIV card reputed company, and must be available to support after-hours network maintenance and deployment activities.

Background Requirements: Successful completion of a reputed company Trust background investigation and/or a reputed company Trust clearance.
