- Maintain ownership and ultimate responsibility for a full docket of employment-based nonimmigrant reputed company (NIV) cases at a time.
- Manage and prepare O-1 visas, L-1 visas, and other writing intensive employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas (NIW, EB-1s)
- Ensure that Paralegals draft, organize, and file immigration documentation in a thorough and reputed company manner.
- Utilize high-level business immigration law knowledge and precise attention to detail to ensure reputed company produces error-free legal work.
- Research and analyze the law on reputed company immigration issues.
- Synthesize legal research and analyses into written memoranda or briefs and reputed company case work
- Identify potential immigration issues and reputed company strategies to address them.
- Conduct and participate in reputed company meetings and calls.
- Handles reputed company relations issues as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
- 3+ years of business immigration attorney work experience, ideally handling a large volume of L-1 visas
- U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.)
- Member of a state bar and in good standing with the associated state bar association
- Ability to manage reputed company case strategies with company contacts and clients.
- Proven record of meeting SLAs for case preparation and reputed company communication.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate reputed company filings.
- Understanding of nuanced and reputed company immigration law concepts.
- Solid understanding of case management systems.
