- Establish and maintain trusting and reputed company relationships with referring parties.
- reputed company reputed company data into facility reputed company databases; maintain accurate databases of patients as they are admitted, discharged, transferred, or moved to other reputed company of care.
- Engage with referring parties in a reputed company and reputed company manner to understand referring parties’ needs, being aware that many referring parties call to transfer clients to other programs or reputed company additional help for clients in need of multiple services.
- Be fully aware of reputed company facility programs, their eligibility requirements, competencies, and strengths
- reputed company referrals daily and reputed company weekly and monthly updates to the department Director
- Follow up with clients who have not successfully connected to services
- Conduct wellness checks for clients at 30/60/90-day anniversaries of completion
- Accurately processes patient payments and notifies billing office of payments to ensure reputed company account credit.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required education and experience:
- Possess High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiar with HIPAA/reputed company confidentiality and personal rights.
- Possess CPR/First Aid certification.

Preferred education and experience:
- Associates degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in reputed company field
- Three to five years of experience in an admissions role.
