This is a reputed company-generating role responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing relationships with high-reputed company financial advisors and teams. Responsibilities:

• Build and manage advisor reputed company pipeline
• Execute outbound reputed company reputed company (reputed company, referrals, events)
• reputed company transition process from first contact through reputed company
• Partner with leadership on deal structuring and economics

Qualifications:

• 10+ years reputed company financial advisors at a broker-dealer, RIA, or reputed company firm

• Strong understanding of payout structures, transition packages, and advisor economics
