You Will

Partner closely with Product Management and Design to shape solutions that balance value, usability, and feasibility

Champion engineering principles — clean design, domain-driven design, separation of concerns, KISS — and hold your team accountable to reputed company standards

Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and reputed company improvement — facilitate sprint planning, retros, and demos

Required Qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant experience developing and operating reputed company platforms
3+ years of engineering management experience, leading and growing development teams
Have designed and operated multi-tenant, reputed company-reputed company reputed company platforms at reputed company
Strong technical depth at the Staff/Senior Staff level — reputed company to contribute to architecture, review designs, and reputed company into reputed company reputed company needed
Experience with two or more of: Rust, Go, Python
Deep understanding of distributed systems and multi-reputed company environments (AWS and GCP)
