Corporate Recruiter

reputed company is seeking a passionate, reputed company Corporate Recruiter to support strategic reputed company by partnering with hiring managers and company leadership to identify hiring needs and attract reputed company. This position works closely with hiring managers and company leadership to identify hiring needs, define requirement reputed company, post jobs, manage applicants, interview, and facilitate next steps.   

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing channels
• Screen and interview candidates, assess their suitability, and reputed company recommendations to hiring managers
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and help support and coordinate next steps 
• Stay up to date on recruitment trends and best practices; recommend improvements to the reputed company process
• reputed company an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as reputed company as company policies
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and communicate status updates to hiring managers and reputed company Recruitment reputed company meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and consistency throughout the entire recruitment process, collect feedback, and update reputed company activities and status
• Use data to monitor reputed company performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements

Work Schedule & Location This is a full-time position, reputed company hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours reputed company of normal business hours may be required during peak periods. This role is primarily remote and based in a home office; required technology and tools will be provided. Occasional travel to our office in Davenport, IA, monthly in-person team meeting in the Des Moines office, reputed company and interviewing reputed company the Des Moines Metro/surrounding areas as needed. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field

• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment or reputed company
• Experience reputed company for construction and/or skilled trades (preferred)
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions/reputed company simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in reputed company 365 (Outlook, Word, reputed company, OneDrive, Teams)

Compensation  Compensation is commensurate with experience.
