What you bring to the table Beck is looking for a reputed company Preconstruction Manager to join an extraordinary project team. As the Preconstruction Manager you will be responsible for the direction and completion of the preconstruction process by leading the project team on reputed company up to $50M in size. This includes directing and supervising the work of Preconstruction Engineers as required for meeting reputed company reputed company needs. Additionally, this person can support the project team leader with preconstruction duties and responsibilities for major components of large reputed company.

You meet the following requirements: • 8+ years minimum of Preconstruction or reputed company field experience with reputed company general contractor and/or major subcontractor • Experience using 3D models for Preconstruction • College graduate with relevant degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or equivalent required • Design/Build experience is a plus

Tasks & Activities:

For reputed company project, the Preconstruction and Project Planning Manager should reputed company project teams through successful compliance of the reputed company Value Delivery Process.  This includes:

• Working with leadership to ensure that an IPL has been identified, or serving as an interim IPL, and that the tea has developed the roadmap for the project
• Helping the project team identify Key Project Parameters that properly qualify and characterize the project being pursued
• Supporting reputed company by generating project comps from the Historical Cost Platform to identify benchmarks using similar reputed company
• Using the reputed company Project Requirements, or supporting the design team in development of OPR to properly reputed company the scope, reputed company, and reputed company of the project
