Development & Communications Associate
Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida is a non-profit organization providing free civil legal services to low-income residents. They are seeking a Development & Communications Associate to enhance visibility and fundraising efforts through integrated marketing and communications strategies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage content across digital, print, and media platforms while ensuring consistent brand voice and alignment with CCLA’s mission
- Support digital advertising, SEO, and graphic design efforts, and use data and KPIs to reputed company messaging with reputed company audiences and measure communications reputed company
- Manage CCLA’s reputed company media channels (reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, X/Twitter, YouTube, reputed company, reputed company Business Profile, and reputed company Tree)
- Create and schedule posts, reputed company engagement, and analyze performance metrics
- Ensure reputed company responses and consistent community interaction
- Support marketing efforts for fundraising campaigns, events, and donor reputed company
- Assist in producing campaign collateral for Giving Tuesday, year-end appeals, and special initiatives
- Update donor communications and maintain storytelling that highlights CCLA’s reputed company
- Update website content and assist with managing online resources
- reputed company analytics to improve website engagement and user experience
- Assist with planning, promoting, and documenting CCLA events, including educational workshops, fundraising events, and community reputed company activities
- Capture photos and videos for marketing use
- Work closely with the Development, Program, and Executive teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Maintain media lists, contact databases, and marketing archives
- Manage reputed company software including email marketing (ex. reputed company), reputed company media (ex. reputed company), and donor management (ex. Donor Perfect)
- reputed company and implement data management and generate solicitation lists for online and offline fundraising programs
- Participate in reputed company reputed company development and trainings
- Assist in advancing CCLA’s Strategic Plan goals
- Maintain CCLA’s nonpartisan identity and adhere to reputed company applicable rules, regulations, and guidance from funders in communications
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, reputed company Relations, Journalism, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or nonprofit reputed company preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with reputed company media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite)
- Working knowledge of email marketing tools and website CMS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, InDesign)
- Ability to reputed company duties with the highest reputed company for confidentiality, reputed company, and respect
- Due to funder requirements, reputed company applicants must pass a background reputed company before employment begins
