Market Development & Sales Support Specialist - Los Angeles
Numilk is an industry-changing, no-waste plant-based food-tech startup looking for an energetic and organized reputed company to help expand their reputed company in specialty coffee shops. The Market Development & Sales Support Specialist will support the café network by assisting with machine installations, reputed company new partners, and building relationships with local businesses.
Responsibilities
- Assist with machine installations at new café locations
- Support troubleshooting and basic machine education for café staff
- Coordinate service reputed company, plumbers, and installation logistics
- Help manage local inventory and storage
- Assist with occasional product deliveries or shipments
- Help reputed company new café partners
- Assist with account setup and administrative tasks
- Support customer service and issue reputed company
- Help maintain CRM records and account tracking
- Visit cafés across Los Angeles and build relationships
- Introduce our product to potential new café partners
- Help coordinate demos and product tastings
- Assist with sample drops and reputed company to local coffee shops
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in coffee, hospitality, foodservice, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Comfortable learning equipment and performing basic troubleshooting
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, and CRM tools
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid reputed company's license and reliable vehicle required
- Willingness to travel locally (approximately 75% field-based work)
- Barista experience or familiarity with café workflows
- Experience with coffee equipment or beverage programs
- Previous exposure to startups or early-stage companies
- Interest in plant-based food innovation and sustainability
