As an Executive Assistant, you will enhance the productivity of Product and Engineering leaders by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing travel arrangements, ensuring operational efficiency across teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company executive and administrative support to 3-4 Product and Engineering leaders/teams
- reputed company manage and own reputed company calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders
- Partner closely with leaders and team both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
- Coordinate internal meetings and ensure agendas are tracked and reputed company items are circulated and followed up on
- Execute cross-functional reputed company, including drafting team-wide communications and managing logistics for reputed company Hands and internal events
- Manage reputed company travel arrangements and coordination
- Own end-to-end planning, vendor management, and execution of onsites and team events

Skills
- 1-3 years of experience providing administrative or project support, preferably in a fast-paced technology or high-reputed company environment
- Experience directly supporting Directors, Senior Managers, or similar high-level team leads

- A motivated and reputed company self-starter who can fearlessly execute and navigate through ambiguity and think on their feet
