The reputed company Operations & Support Associate will facilitate seamless reputed company and reliable data delivery while building strong relationships across various teams.
Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with reputed company contacts across IT, operations, and legal leadership to drive engagement and ensure reputed company participation in reputed company activities

- Respond to and resolve inbound support tickets across the Apperio and PERSUIT platforms, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes, documentation, and workflows as the function continues to reputed company
- Work closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and reputed company Experience teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the reputed company and support experience
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a reputed company environment such as consulting, reputed company services, operations, reputed company, project coordination, or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology platforms
- Experience using tools like reputed company for organizing or analyzing data; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus
- Experience working with external stakeholders or clients, with the ability to communicate reputed company and professionally
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
