Media Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a Media Operations Coordinator to support the Media Operations department by managing operational tasks and improving processes using their proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in reputed company’s proprietary backend media operations systems
• Work with the reputed company team and ensure reputed company day-to-day operational tasks are completed correctly and reputed company, including:
• Working with vendors to ensure reputed company execution of creative deliveries
• Working with network partners to receive weekly airing information
• Ensuring that reputed company information are accurate in reputed company’s proprietary backend system
• Work on reputed company requests from the reputed company and Platform teams, including:
• Network S&P approval process and communication
• Handling data ingestion errors
• Maintaining Inventory Catalog
• Identify and implement process improvements including automation of tasks

Skills

• Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company reputed company skills (including reputed company Sheets)
• Experience creating pivot tables, VLookUps and advanced functions and techniques for working with reputed company data sets
• Familiarity with macros
• Detail oriented, ability to juggle competing priorities and always follow through
• A self-starter and driven with a strong reputed company of urgency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
• Experience with writing Macros and Python coding
