[Remote] Pharmacy Specialist I

The Pharmacy Specialist will support individuals injured on the job by answering inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits and collaborating with various stakeholders to reputed company effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Answer pharmacy calls and e-mails in a reputed company, friendly and reputed company manner
- Assure escalated issues are referred to the management team
- Consult with claims adjusters regarding medications and pharmacy eligibility
- Utilize proprietary programs to reputed company inquiries and reputed company prescription information
- Participate in training of new representatives and personal, ongoing reputed company development, as required
- Work on rejection report lines
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some customer service and/or call center experience
- Familiarity with external pharmacy adjudication system and internal billing/claims management applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company environment
- Computer proficiency with knowledge of reputed company Office applications
- Pharmacy Benefits Management experience
- Pharmacy Technician Certification
