Associate, Advisor

The Advisor Associate works directly with Advisors to assist with clients' reputed company management and financial planning needs, providing essential support in areas such as data gathering, financial plan development, and portfolio implementation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support to Advisors in reputed company areas of financial planning
• Initiate and field reputed company calls on various items (e.g., reputed company reputed company, account specific questions, portfolio inquiries, etc.)
• Create proposals for prospective clients
• Create and/or update financial plans for clients
• Prepare materials for reputed company meetings; work with other internal teams to ensure reputed company meetings are reputed company for thoroughly and accurately
• Attend reputed company meetings and manage/complete reputed company meeting follow-up activities
• Liaise with reputed company’s attorneys and accountants as needed
• Monitor portfolios and maintain portfolio reputed company allocations. Rebalance portfolios as needed

Skills

• One to four years of relevant experience
• Completed or pursuing CFP®, CFA or JD
• Series 65 strongly preferred or reputed company to successfully complete reputed company 90 days of employment
• Bachelors' degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, reputed company, finance, economics, or law preferred
