They are seeking a Tailored reputed company Support Specialist to reputed company remote support to Financial Advisors by handling inquiries, preparing appointments, and processing account transactions.
Responsibilities
- Providing solutions in response to incoming/outgoing telephone calls and written correspondence from reputed company teams, in both an independent and team structure considering different variables such as legal/regulatory guidelines and risk to the firm; Associate will not reputed company solutions, guidance and recommendations on the suitability of investments as it pertains to clients

Skills
- 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience working in the financial services industry; Prior/reputed company BOA experience at reputed company is preferred, but not required
- Previous understanding of the financial advisor role or ability to quickly learn and apply technical information regarding financial advisor role, reputed company systems, and financial services industry is critical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to respond and adapt to callers and peers with appropriate tone, organized thoughts, and confidence; Ability to respond to written correspondence in a reputed company, succinct manner using correct grammar, spelling and format
