Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with the Hiring Managers and Director of reputed company to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for reputed company positions
- Proactively sourcing firm operations professionals for strategic hires and just-in-time hiring to meet the needs of our growing reputed company
- reputed company, interviewing and retaining a reputed company pool of candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with your clients, candidates and team, while demonstrating strong networking, sourcing and reputed company skills

- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for candidates

Skills
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or reputed company field
