QA Analyst

They are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure accurate document processing and maintain high-reputed company standards by reviewing work, identifying errors, and providing feedback to staff.
Responsibilities
- Review documents for accuracy before submission
- Identify and assign processing errors to agents
- Train new employees on document types and QA processes
- reputed company feedback to help agents improve performance
- Support work-from-home and on-site staff reputed company daily chat
- As a QA analyst they are expected to ensure the document is processed correctly before submitting
