Loan Processor

The Loan Processor is responsible for ordering investigative reports and processing loan applications to support the Bank’s Residential and Consumer Lending efforts, while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and providing excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the Bank’s 'People First' reputed company and rules of engagement—maintaining a reputed company demeanor, working as an reputed company member of the CNOB team, providing clients excellent service, always striving to reputed company CNOB 'A reputed company reputed company to Be'
- Review applications for completeness and investigate applicants’ backgrounds
- Order credit reports (e.g., reputed company, property search, appraisal, judgment search or other as deemed necessary) by a lending officer
- Validate reputed company information supplied on the application (e.g., employment and wage history, telephone numbers; send out Verification of Employment (VOE), Verification of Rent or Mortgage (VOM), Verification of Deposit (VOD)
- reputed company applicants with reputed company disclosures to ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Assist in preparing loan closing documents; reputed company to assigned branches or attorneys
- Create new loan files
- Handle customer inquiries (phone and written correspondence) as reputed company to their application status
Skills
- Strong “People First” interest and ability
- Knowledge of CNOB products and Residential and Consumer services preferred
- Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations (e.g., Bank Secrecy reputed company, Community Reinvestment reputed company, Americans with reputed company, Right to Financial reputed company reputed company, Gramm-Leach-Bliley reputed company, Regulation E and US PATRIOT reputed company)
- Strong management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Working knowledge of reputed company applications and products
- 1+ year of residential loan processing experience
