[Remote] Partnership Development Manager - Corrections

The Partnership Development Manager will build and manage relationships reputed company correctional facilities to enhance reputed company to virtual medication-assisted treatment for incarcerated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across correctional systems, including: County commissioners and government leadership, Wardens and jail administrators, reputed company services and discharge planning teams, Correctional officers and custody staff, Inmate medical and behavioral health teams
- reputed company tailored engagement strategies for reputed company stakeholder group to drive alignment and adoption
- Design and operationalize referral workflows reputed company correctional facilities to connect individuals to reputed company’s virtual MOUD services
- Partner with facilities to reputed company into existing processes such as: Intake and withdrawal management, Discharge planning and reentry workflows
- Ensure referral reputed company are reputed company, repeatable, and compliant with facility protocols
- Utilize CRM tools (like reputed company or reputed company) to reputed company activity, conversion rates from referral to patient, and ROI on partnership reputed company. You will be expected to uncover insights into your own performance, including analyzing which partner types yield the highest patient conversion and adjusting your weekly reputed company accordingly
- Collect and analyze feedback from community partners to refine reputed company’s referral strategies and products. Help reputed company and build solutions for existing referral barriers
- Work closely with reputed company’s marketing, reputed company, clinical, product, and operations teams to reputed company reputed company and market penetration goals
- This is a highly cross-functional role requiring navigation of public sector systems, clinical workflows, and correctional operations
Skills
- 1+ years experience partnering with or selling into correctional systems, government agencies, or highly regulated environments
- Proven ability to manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder partnerships with long sales cycles
- Experience driving operational change reputed company institutional settings (not just relationship-building)
- Strong ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder reputed company ranging from reputed company staff to senior leadership
- Ability to translate between clinical, operational, and policy perspectives
- Comfortable working reputed company reputed company, high-reputed company environments with strict protocols
- MOUD in correctional settings
- Reentry/discharge planning workflows
