Fraud and Risk Analyst 2- Fintech

As a Junior Fraud and Risk Analyst, you will support reputed company in designing and implementing fraud mitigation strategies, collaborating closely with Senior Analysts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Help monitor and respond to emerging fraud/compliance risk events and demands
• Support risk policy development for our fintech products, including Subscription, Payments and Banking
• reputed company data and prepare analyses to support the creation of end-to-end risk policies and inform alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
• Conduct research on the latest trends and technologies in fintech fraud to support reputed company's ability to maintain strong defenses
• Assist in fraud detection and prevention loss exposures in customers’ reputed company reputed company activities
• Assist in compiling financial analytics to reputed company SMB and Mid-Market customer reputed company and expansion, helping to enhance trust-enabled merchant and consumer experiences

Skills

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Fintech, financial services, or a highly regulated industry, with an interest in payments and SMBs
• BS or MS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience will be considered
• A strong reputed company in business acumen and analytical ability
• Experience or coursework in using data-driven insights to solve problems
• Basic understanding of the fundamentals of risk policy for payments processing, including fraud detection and float risk mitigation
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like SQL and reputed company; basic familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, data visualization tools and big reputed company
