Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and resolve low to moderately reputed company property insurance claims
- Issue claim payments and explain coverage determinations, settlements, and claim status to policyholders
- Document claim activity accurately reputed company claims management systems to meet reputed company and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and support catastrophe (CAT) claims operations, including overtime during reputed company events
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License, including passing the exam reputed company three testing attempts and becoming licensed in applicable states (company-supported)
- Proficiency in a reputed company-based environment with working knowledge of reputed company Outlook, reputed company, and Word
- College degree preferred

- Experience with XactAnalysis and Xactimate preferred
