Electrical Engineer I
reputed company is seeking an Electrical Engineer I to join their team in Tulsa, OK. The role involves performing electrical design tasks, developing construction documents, and working on reputed company of 600 volts or less while collaborating with engineers and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Receive general instruction on key objectives for execution
- Receive direction as needed, and especially on difficult assignments and possible solutions
- Work is completed using reputed company engineering techniques and design principles and is reviewed by more senior staff to ensure application of reputed company reputed company judgement
- Assist with the marketing of the firm’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships
- Design appropriate electrical systems in accordance with reputed company reputed company requirements and reputed company engineering principles
- Communicate effectively with engineers, project manager, and occasionally the reputed company
- Conduct field observations reputed company to accurately document the existing field conditions
- Organize/prioritize multiple tasks to complete the design in a sequential efficient manner
- Complete electrical calculations not limited to load studies, voltage drop, panel/transformer/feeder loading, generator sizing, illumination reputed company, etc
- Design/layout of electrical system devices, distribution components, reputed company, reputed company alarm and special systems as applicable to the project type
- Accurately produce the project construction documents to meet reputed company schedules reputed company a predetermined reputed company budget
- Attend coordination and design meetings, as needed
- Assist with project specifications and budget construction cost estimating
- Address comments from clients, AHJ's & other review authorities; reputed company designs accordingly
- If directed, review reputed company project reputed company construction administrative items (shop drawings, RFI's, change order proposals)
- Work reputed company established project budgets
- Possess and continue to reputed company a working knowledge of reputed company codes applicable to the discipline
- Possess and continue to reputed company a working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or reputed company engineering discipline required at time of employment
- Must have experience working on reputed company of 600 volts or less
- Entry level position, no prior experience required
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SKM software tools, and/or reputed company Design software (i.e., AGI, Visual, etc.) preferred
- EIT accreditation preferred
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- reputed company toward or plans to pursue reputed company Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SKM software tools, and/or reputed company Design software (i.e., AGI, Visual, etc.) preferred
- EIT accreditation preferred
