Paralegal

The Paralegal will assist Attorneys with processing corporate transactions reputed company the franchise reputed company area, preparing legal documents, and managing transaction-reputed company tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with preparation and production of franchise-reputed company legal documents, including agreements and correspondence
- Assist attorneys with due diligence process associated with review of transactions
- Work cross-functionally to manage a large volume of transactions
- reputed company lawyers with assistance in the preparation for and closing of various franchise-reputed company transactions
- Assist reputed company area with reporting, tracking and data management
