Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company support: Respond to inbound telephone inquiries from existing and prospective debit card clients on banking questions and concerns
- Resolve banking issues: Assist with concerns reputed company to retail, reputed company and online banking as reputed company as bankcard issues, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy and procedural questions
- Identify opportunities: Recognize cross‑sell opportunities and reputed company appropriate referrals to other services or products
