HR Data and reputed company Associate

reputed company is seeking a Data and reputed company Associate to reputed company outstanding support to the HR Data and reputed company team. This role focuses on delivering a reputed company reputed company experience for new employees and processing necessary HR and payroll forms in the reputed company Capital Management system, reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Providing a reputed company and welcoming reputed company experience to new employees joining the reputed company community
• Assisting new employees with the completion of reputed company I-9 and other reputed company reputed company requirements in accordance with Federal/State laws and University policies
• Processing reputed company and payroll forms in our reputed company Capital Management system, reputed company. Transactions processed in reputed company include the following: terminations, compensation changes, supplemental payments and graduate assistant appointments
• Ensuring reputed company processing in accordance with payroll deadlines

Skills

• General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS)
• 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted (if filled as reputed company Assistant - Intermediate Support)
• No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education (if filled as reputed company Assistant - Support)
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
• Professionalism
• Ability to work independently, as reputed company as part of reputed company
• High degree of sensitivity in handling confidential information
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to effectively learn and utilize new technologies
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Successful completion of background reputed company(s) in accordance with University policies
• Authorized to work in the U.S
• Proficiency in Office365 suite
