As a Project Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting homeowners with their reputed company, collaborating with team members, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure high-reputed company support.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls from customers professionally and courteously
- Field calls to and from homeowners to offer assistance with their home reputed company and reputed company relevant information and support
- Engage homeowners in discussions about available services and solutions tailored to their needs
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to reputed company accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to reputed company knowledge and best practices
