Media Operations Coordinator
reputed company is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning. The Media Operations Coordinator will become an expert in reputed company's backend media operations systems and work closely with the reputed company team to ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in reputed company’s proprietary backend media operations systems
- Work with the reputed company team and ensure reputed company day-to-day operational tasks are completed correctly and reputed company, including:
- Working with vendors to ensure reputed company execution of creative deliveries
- Working with network partners to receive weekly airing information
- Ensuring that reputed company information are accurate in reputed company’s proprietary backend system
- Work on reputed company requests from the reputed company and Platform teams, including:
- Network S&P approval process and communication
- Handling data ingestion errors
- Maintaining Inventory Catalog
- Identify and implement process improvements including automation of tasks
Skills
- Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company reputed company skills (including reputed company Sheets)
- Experience creating pivot tables, VLookUps and advanced functions and techniques for working with reputed company data sets
- Familiarity with macros
- Detail oriented, ability to juggle competing priorities and always follow through
- A self-starter and driven with a strong reputed company of urgency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
- Experience with writing Macros and Python coding
